Corporate Events Services

Our Events Division is divided into 2 different segments—Corporate Events Manage-
ment and Personal Events Management. We design, produce and manage your event. Below is just a sampling of the Corporate Events we manage:

 

We’ve been managing corporate events for five years during our previous employment and have built up relationships with various vendors such: as caterers, entertainers, DJ’s, bakers, event sites, etc. Therefore, they give our clients up to 20% discounts. We save you money!

If you don’t have the time to produce your company/school’s events, we can do it for you in a timely manner. We save you time!

If you don’t have the staff to produce your own company/school’s event, consider us your hired hand. We save you staff!

 We have three Corporate Event Packages:

The Normal Time Package: Consists of one FREE 30 minute consultation, by telephone, or in person, bi-weekly updates, by e-mail, telephone or fax and 4 hours of
event-planning tasks. Client’s choice. Does not consist of on-site management. ($650.00-800.00)

The Over Time Package: Consists of one FREE 30 minute consultation, by telephone or in person, bi-weekly updates, by e-mail, telephone or fax and 6 hours of event-related tasks. May include on-site management. Client’s choice. ($1,000.00-1,500.00)

The Time And a Half Package: Consists of one FREE 30 minute consultation, by telephone or in person, bi-weekly updates by e-mail or fax and all the tasks required to complete a successful event. $1,750-2000.00)

You may have noticed that there is a range of fees for each package. This is because your fee is based on a number of elements: The number of guests or attendees you expect, the degree of difficulty required to fulfill your desires, whether you want advertising and how much notice is given us to complete the project. Prices quoted do not cover cost of materials, or other vendors’ services and do not include NJ State Tax. If you are a tax exempt company, you must show proof.

Personal Events Management

We have planned all kinds of successful personal events over the years. We design,  using hard-to-find materials, a theme for your event and then produce it. Whether you want  a sleep over at the aquarium for 10 giggling girls, or a Moon Bounce at home, we make it happen.  We have studied ethnic parties and know how to set up Bat/Bar Mitzvahs and Quinceaneras.  Below is just a sampling of the personal events we manage:

Because we have been producing events for years, we know the vendors and have arranged to get up to 20% discounts for our clients. So we save you money!

Traditionally, it has been the woman’s job to arrange parties and other events, but in these modern times, both parents have to work. Who has the time to do all the booking, buying and arranging that it takes to make a successful event? We do! We allow you to spend your time off with your children and spouse, instead of putting together an event.
So we save you time!

In fact, the time and money we save you, more than pays for our fee.

We have three different Packages. One of them should meet your needs:

The Pearl Package: Consists of a FREE 30 minute consultation, over the phone or in person, bi-weekly progress reports, 4 of the tasks below--client’s choice:

a FREE party or family reunion guide, which lists guidelines for etiquette, planning suggestions, games suggestions, theme suggestions, etc. ($650.00-800.00*)

The Ruby Package: a FREE 30 minute consultation, 6 of the previously mentioned tasks, bi-weekly progress reports, the party/family reunion guide previously mentioned,
May include on-site management. (Client’s choice.) ($1,000.00-1,500.00*)

The Diamond Package:  a complete package—every task required to create and produce a successful event. ($1750.00-2,000.00*)

You may have noticed that the fees include a price range. This is because your actual price is based on how many guests you expect, how difficult it is to fulfill your desires
and the scope of the project.

Terms and Conditions: A signed contract, 50% of our fee and the estimated costs of services and products needed for your event are required before work can begin. The balance is due 2 weeks before the event.

A FREE scrapbook of your event, (a $150.00 value,) comes with every Diamond Package booked.

Personal Event Products

Our company has products to aide in planning your event, which while they do not completely replace the services of an event planner, can help those who can not afford the services of an event planner. They include:

including a homemade, kid-tested, cupcakes or cake, all the other snacks you need,
punch mix or alcoholic mixes, a disposable helium tank with balloons, tableware, decorations, silverware, a gift certificate for Dominos Pizza, a party-planning guide,
games, a FREE Mylar balloon for the guest-of-honor, a themed disposable camera,
a themed CD, invitations, thank you cards, and more. Various themes.

They are delivered to your door for a small delivery charge within a 10 mile radius. More than 10 miles, they are shipped, for a small shipping charge.

Great for kids’ parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties, Mother’s Day, picnics for two, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, etc. Kids’ “Party Packs” come with a filled piñata. ($182.00-350.00)

Since we get discounts for our products, we buy and bake everything for you, and we deliver them to your door, we save you time, money and gas!
