Terms and Conditions: A signed contract, a 50% deposit, and the estimated cost of vendors’ services and products are required before work is begun. The balance is due two weeks before the event.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy: If CELEBRATIONS!’ services are cancelled within one week of signing the contract, a full refund is given. If cancellation is made after one week, then no refund is given.
Returned Checks: A Returned Check Fee of $25.00 is charged if you bounce a check.
Exceeding The Package Scope: If CELEBRATIONS! deems that what you want done, exceeds the Package scope, then a $35.00 per hour additional fee is charged.
